The human body will adapt to the environment given. If your lifestyle is based on a recliner, your body will adapt to that sedentary life. And all the aliments that come with inactivity. Science tells us that the body’s ability to burn fat is based on the amount of muscle one carries on their frame.
       If you are new to a fitness regimen we might start with resistance bands and a stability ball, or if you’re a little more advanced we could begin with a barbell and a squat rack. PARR Performance will not only provide you with an effective workout program, but will guide you through each exercise. There will be an emphasis on form and injury prevention. With the intent of building muscle and increasing the efficiency of your health and well being.
